The Member Support Specialist will provide ongoing support and expertise throughout assessment and planning of individual members’ needs. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of patient management and to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through therapeutic interaction, supportive education, active listening, advocacy, collaboration with providers and community referral. Member support may be telephonic or community based.
